Creating A RedAxePlay Account

Registering a new RedAxePlay account gives you a single profile for deposits, withdrawals, and session history. The casino ties identity and payment settings to that profile, so you can manage limits, verify details once, and keep your balance and transaction records in one place.

Right after registration, you can log in, fund the wallet, and start playing real-money games without extra steps. The sign-up form and login work on mobile browsers, and the account menu stays usable on smaller screens for tasks like checking balance, viewing bets, and starting a withdrawal.

  • Strong password: Use a unique password that you do not reuse on email, banking, or any other casino. Set at least 12–16 characters and mix upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid names, birthdays, keyboard patterns, and anything you’ve posted publicly.

  • Data protection: RedAxePlay limits access to personal data to verification, payments, and support tasks, and keeps it behind role-based access controls. The casino encrypts sensitive account and payment details in storage and uses encrypted connections for account sessions. Identity documents uploaded for verification are stored separately from public-facing profile details and are not shared outside required compliance and payment processing.

How To Create A New RedAxePlay Account

  3. Fill out the registration form: email address, password, date of birth, and the country/region fields shown on the form. Accept the terms, then submit the form.
  4. Confirm your email: open the message from RedAxePlay in your inbox and click the verification link.
  5. Sign in: return to the site, click Log in, enter your email and password, and complete the login.

Account Verification (KYC) At RedAxePlay

RedAxePlay runs KYC checks to confirm your identity, your residential address, and that you control the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

Verification is required before the first withdrawal is approved, and it can also trigger after certain events: a change to your personal details, a new device or login location, a new payment method, or a deposit/withdrawal pattern flagged by internal fraud controls.

If a check is triggered while you have an active withdrawal request, RedAxePlay pauses the payout until the documents are accepted.

  • Identity (ID/Passport): Upload a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The file must show the full document, be in colour, and have readable name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date. RedAxePlay may request a selfie (or short live video) to match your face to the ID and confirm liveness.
  • Address proof: Provide a recent utility bill, bank statement, tax letter, or government-issued residency document. It must show your full name and full address and be dated within the last 3 months. Screenshots of edited PDFs and envelopes without the contents get rejected.
  • Payment method: For a bank card, upload images of the front and back showing your name and the last 4 digits; hide the middle digits and the CVV. For e-wallets, provide a statement or account screenshot showing your name/email and the wallet ID plus recent transactions. For bank transfers, RedAxePlay accepts a bank statement or an official account document showing your name and IBAN/account number.

Standard review time is 15 minutes to 24 hours after all files are submitted and readable. Manual checks take 1–3 business days when the images are low quality, the address proof is outdated, or the payment method name does not match the account name.

RedAxePlay completes KYC once the ID, address proof, and payment method match the account details; withdrawals then move to the payment processing stage.
